FACILITY MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee all building-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well functioning.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and coordinate all installations and refurbishments

​

  • Maintaining the facility and overseeing the daily administrative operations

​

  • Overseeing the cleaning, landscaping and parking teams

​

  • Instructing team members on the best practices to maintain the property

​

  • Creating and maintaining budgets for maintenance, repairs and contracts

​

  • Overseeing communication and security frameworks within the facility

​

  • Performing regular inspections to ensure the building is functioning correctly

​

  • Managing contracts for various construction and maintenance projects

​

  • Maintaining records the facility, including maintenance bills and payment information

​

  • Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors

​

  • Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations

​

  • Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards

What We Look for

  • Proven experience as a facilities manager or relevant position

​

  • Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices

​

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

​

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

  • BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field

​

  • Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
